Become a Member
Being a member of NADA means being a part of an alliance and collective of international galleries, nonprofit art spaces, advisors, curators, and other professionals working with contemporary art. NADA Members are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable arts community; and NADA aims to ensure that gallery owners of every race, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability status, and socioeconomic class have access to joining NADA Membership. NADA provides programming and benefits for its members year-round.
NADA’s member network currently includes Gallery Membership, comprising galleries and artist-run spaces; Non-profit Membership, comprising non-profit organizations, museums, and institutions; Individual Membership, for professionals working with contemporary art; and Friends of NADA Membership, for art collectors and patrons.
Membership levels:
Individual
- Year-round invitations to NADA events and programs
- VIP access to NADA's annual art fairs and events
- Complimentary general admission to the New Museum, MoMA PS1, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), and The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum
- Special promotions with partners such as Printed Matter, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Pioneer Works and Storm King Art Center
- Monthly Member Newsletter with events, offers, and updates from the NADA community
- A personalized digital membership card
NADA Individual Members must acknowledge their compliance with NADA’s Code of Ethics, to be observed in their relations with each other and their clients, artists, and other dealers.

Non-profit Membership applications are reviewed twice annually by NADA’s Membership and Programming Committee, comprised of current members.
Friends of NADA
This membership level is dedicated to a distinct group within NADA’s larger constituency. NADA’s member network currently includes Gallery Membership, comprising galleries, artist-run spaces, non-profit organizations, museums, and institutions; and Individual Membership, for professionals working with contemporary art.
Friends of NADA furthers our mission as a 501c(6) non-profit membership organization to enhance the public’s interaction with contemporary art, and to develop a stronger sense of community among our constituency of galleries, independent arts professionals, and those who support them.
Programming for Friends of NADA has a dedicated focus on NADA Member Galleries and their artists, as well as the collectors who champion them.
